Here at Stevenage Photographic Society, we are a friendly bunch of like-minded photography enthusiasts, who enjoy many aspects of photography. We always welcome new members who are wishing to join us on this ride of discovery, whether just beginning or more experienced. We have our own in-house demonstrations and have a fully kitted studio, so there are lots of opportunities to develop your skills. It is a never-ending journey, and we are having a lot of fun along the way!
We are affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) and are a member of the East Anglian Federation (EAF). Through these we are able to book many interesting and skilled judges for our competitions and top-quality lecturers who share their knowledge and wisdom honed over many years. So, whether your interest is shooting landscapes, still life, wildlife or people, daytime or night-time there will be something for you.
There is the opportunity for those aspiring to do so to apply for accreditations within the PAGB, and access to competitions at regional, national and international level.

Stevenage Photographic Society Meetings
We meet on a Monday evening at 7:45pm at the Community Arts Centre, next door to Costa Coffee on the Roaring Meg retail park. Meetings are held from September through to May, with an additional summer program that runs from the end of May until the new season starts the following September.
